We hope you're having a great summer and wanted to share some important information as you plan ahead! 

Office Hours:
Mendota Main Office will be open the following dates this summer: June 9-12; June 16-18 and reopening August 4.

Important Back-to-School Dates: 

• August 20: Kindergarten Dessert, 6pm
• August 25: New-to-Mendota Open House: Grades 1-4 at 5-7pm
• August 27: Open House, 4-6pm
• September 2: First Day Kindergarten
• September 3: First Day of School for Grades 1-4
• September 16: Picture Day
• October 9: Fall Conferences, 3-7pm

Mendota School Supplies: 
For the school year 2025-26, Mendota Elementary will be purchasing the majority of the student’s school supplies. Families will pay a School Supply Fee of $30 /student. Families will still provide backpacks, headphones, and water bottles. If you need assistance with paying the School Supply Fee or Family provided supplies, please email Mr. Goldade at steven.goldade@isd197.org. Click here for payment details.
